Jason Green
Founder & CEO
Jason has been architecting and shipping software since 2005, independently building a commercial product that sold over 250,000 licenses before app stores existed. He went on to spend nearly three years at ForeFlight, one of the most technically sophisticated platforms in aviation. An active private pilot working toward his instrument and commercial ratings, Jason brings two decades of product instinct and engineering discipline to a problem the flight school industry has been waiting for someone smart enough to solve.
Ernie Huntley
CTO
Ernie is the kind of engineer who makes hard things look easy. With 20+ years of experience spanning IBM, Fidelity, Carbonite, and nearly five years at ForeFlight, he has designed and scaled systems across some of the most demanding industries in tech: financial services, enterprise data, and aviation. A private pilot with a deep passion for both craft and code, Ernie ensures that every line of Cleared Final is built with the precision and rigor the aviation industry deserves.

Renata Allen-Wunderlich
Hiring Manager
Renata is a bilingual Sales Enablement and Learning and Development professional with experience in sales training, onboarding, facilitation, coaching, curriculum design, and leadership development. Throughout her career, she has created and delivered impactful training programs for diverse teams, developed performance resources, and partnered with leaders to transform business goals into practical learning solutions. As the former owner of a public speaking and sales training school in Manhattan, she is passionate about helping people strengthen their confidence, communication, and performance. Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings energy, empathy, and real-world experience to every learning environment.
As Hiring Manager at Cleared Final, she leads the search for the people who will help us build the company as we grow, looking beyond résumés to find individuals with the talent, drive, and personality to thrive in a fast-moving aviation technology company. She also helps ensure that the culture we're building internally reflects the same thing we want Cleared Final to represent to our customers: smart people, clear communication, and a genuine desire to do things better.

Our Story
Combined, Jason and Ernie spent close to a decade at ForeFlight, the platform that transformed how over a million pilots plan and fly. When ForeFlight laid off their team, they had a choice: move on to the next generic tech job, or build something they actually cared about.
They chose aviation.
As pilots themselves, they'd seen what flight schools were working with: spreadsheets, disconnected apps, and phone-tag scheduling, while the rest of the industry moved on. They knew what modern aviation software should feel like because they'd helped build it. So they built Cleared Final: the management platform flight schools have been waiting for, built by the people who know aviation software inside and out.
