CFI Partner Program Terms

Version 1.0

Effective August 25, 2026

$0 monthly subscription

Cleared Final Solo is a $0 monthly subscription for a qualifying one-instructor operation. That $0 price does not waive other fees described on this page.

1.5% platform fee

A 1.5% platform fee applies to qualifying billable activity processed through Cleared Final. The fee is disclosed before enrollment and is not optional on covered activity.

One-human staff limit

Solo is limited to one privileged human staff user. A second instructor, admin, or other privileged seat is not included.

Student-account allowance

Student accounts may be created for training and billing. Student accounts do not count as the privileged staff seat.

School-only capability restrictions

Capabilities built for multi-instructor schools stay blocked on Solo. Those tools become available only after an approved upgrade.

No account sharing

The privileged Solo seat may not be shared, rented, or used as a shared login for more than one person.

No transfer of lifetime entitlement

Solo access is personal to the enrolled partner. It is not a transferable lifetime license and cannot be sold or assigned.

No operating a multi-person school through Solo

Solo may not be used to run a multi-person flight school. Scheduling or billing additional instructors through a Solo tenant is not allowed.

Upgrade requirement

If the operation grows beyond one privileged user, the partner must upgrade to a school plan before adding that seat.

Referral eligibility

The school-referral reward is available only to partners who meet the published eligibility rules at the time of submission.

First accepted valid referral

Attribution uses the first accepted valid referral, not the first raw submission. Invalid or duplicate submissions do not lock the reward.

Existing-customer exclusion

Schools that are already Cleared Final customers are not eligible referral targets.

Ownership and self-referral review

Self-referrals and ownership conflicts are reviewed. A partner may not earn a reward by referring a school they control without that review.

Public-institution review

Referrals involving public institutions are held for review before qualification or payout.

90-day requirement

A referred school must remain active and meet qualification gates for the configured 90-day window that starts at a controlled go-live event.

Activity and revenue qualification

Qualification can require minimum students, reservations, paid invoices, and revenue. Those gates are configuration-driven and can change with a new terms version.

Cancellation, refunds, and fraud

Cancelled enrollments, refunded activity, and confirmed fraud do not qualify for a reward and can reverse an in-progress qualification.

Disclosure of potential reward

A partner may say a reward may be available if the school qualifies. The partner may not present the reward as guaranteed.

Employer-policy compliance

Partners must follow their employer policies when referring a school. Cleared Final does not override those policies.

No spam and no authority to bind Cleared Final

Partners may not spam prospects and have no authority to bind Cleared Final to contracts, pricing, or promises.

No promises about product features, pricing, or compliance

Partners may not promise specific product features, pricing, or regulatory outcomes on Cleared Final's behalf.

Tax responsibility

The partner is responsible for any taxes on a paid reward. Cleared Final may require tax forms before payout.

Payout prerequisites

A reward is not payable until qualification, required tax information, and any required payout approval are complete.

Dispute process

Disputes about attribution, qualification, or payout must be raised through Cleared Final support so they can be reviewed against the accepted terms version.

Suspension and termination

Cleared Final may suspend or terminate program access for policy violations, abuse, or unpaid obligations. Suspension can stop qualification and payout.

Prospective program changes

Cleared Final may change these terms going forward. Material changes are published as a new version and may require re-attestation.

Privacy and data handling

Enrollment, referral, and payout data are handled under the Cleared Final Privacy Policy and only as needed to run the program.
