Can I add student accounts on Solo?

Yes. Student accounts are allowed for training and billing. They do not count as the privileged staff seat.
What happens if I hire a second instructor?

You must upgrade to a school plan before adding that seat. Solo cannot run a multi-person school.
Can I share my Solo login?

No. The privileged Solo seat may not be shared, rented, or used as a shared login.
Can I transfer Solo to someone else?

No. Solo access is personal to the enrolled partner and is not a transferable lifetime license.
What is the CFI School Referral Reward?

How many rewards can be paid for one school?

Only one reward may be paid for a given legal customer, even if more than one partner submitted a referral.
What is the 90-day qualification period?

A referred school must remain active and meet qualification gates for the configured 90-day window that starts at a controlled go-live event.
What activity does a referred school need to complete?

Qualification can require minimum students, reservations, paid invoices, and revenue. Those gates are configuration-driven.
Do I have to pay taxes on the reward?

Yes. You are responsible for any taxes on a paid reward. Tax forms may be required before payout.
When do I get paid?
